When you use our matching form, we collect: your first and last name, email address, phone number, employment type, a broad income range, your state or territory, and the financial year you're enquiring about. We do not ask for your Tax File Number, date of birth, or any financial account details through this form, and you should never provide them to us.

We collect this information directly from you when you complete the matching form on our website. We don't collect personal information from third parties without your knowledge.
4. Why we collect and use it
We use your information to: match you with a suitable registered tax agent or CPA from our network; contact you about your enquiry and the outcome of your match; and maintain records of referrals for quality and compliance purposes. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
5. Who we disclose it to
We disclose your information to the tax agent or CPA you are matched with, so they can contact you and provide their services. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf in order to operate this website:
- Supabase — our database provider, which stores your submitted information in a Sydney, Australia data centre.
- Resend — our email provider, used to notify our team when a new enquiry is submitted.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
6. Overseas disclosure
Your stored information is hosted in Australia. Some of our service providers operate infrastructure that may, in limited circumstances, process data using systems located outside Australia (for example, transient processing on global cloud infrastructure). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure our providers handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
7. How we protect your information
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) between your browser and our systems, encryption at rest in our database, and access controls that restrict who can view submitted information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps proportionate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.
8. How long we keep it
We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your referral and for a limited period afterwards for record-keeping and dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

This website does not use analytics or advertising tracking cookies. We do not track you across other websites.
